Companies across the creator economy ecosystem can partner with the Center at a level that matches their ambition — from project-specific sponsorship to a category-exclusive, multi-year investment that supports the mission from the inside. Unlike a standard sponsorship, a Center partnership is built to be a working relationship: partners bring real-world perspective into the student experience and get a direct hand in research priorities and talent pipelines, going far beyond a logo on a webpage. What a partner gets back is real — a tailored pipeline of trained talent, first access to new programming, and the opportunity to be part of training and mentoring the next generation of creator economy professionals.
Partnership can take several forms, depending on what a company is looking to build:
- Real-World Perspective & Talent Pipeline Collaboration, where partner employers bring their industry experience directly into the student experience — through embedded, partner-shaped practicum programs and guest instruction — giving students exposure to the work happening inside the companies they hope to join
- Named Chairs and Programs, offering naming rights and visibility tied to a specific initiative — for example, a named apprenticeship track or research fund
- Sponsored and Co-Created Research, giving partners early access to findings and a voice in shaping the questions the Center investigates
- Event Sponsorship and Onsite Presence, including participation in the Center’s signature events like ‘Cuse Creator Con
- Guest Faculty and Mentorship, bringing partner executives into the classroom as adjunct professors, industry fellows, or guest lecturers
The Center’s partnership structure includes three tiers, each built for a different level of commitment:
- Founding Partners — Category-exclusive organizations making a multi-year commitment, with naming rights and first access to shape new initiatives like the Center’s apprenticeship programs
- Industry Council Members — Organizations building an ongoing relationship through research access, visiting fellow opportunities, and event sponsorship, without a multi-year exclusivity requirement
- Program Sponsors — The accessible entry point for companies not yet ready for a multi-year commitment, supporting scholarship funds, pitch competitions, or a specific research report
